Man Falls Onto Tracks at 30th Street Station

On a busy 4th of July holiday weekend the Philadelphia’s historical 30th Street Station is normally a really busy train station. Due to severe thunderstorms that affected the Northeast Corridor cause major delays in train service. While people are awaiting the arrival of their loved one’s, no one expects to hear that they have fallen on the tracks. Emergency personnel were quick to arrive to the station to help the commuter that fell onto the tracks. The victim sustained injuries from the fall and has been transported to a local hospital for treatment.
